After rallying nearly 20% for the S&P 500 since the start of 2023, the market rally has been halted with a retracement in the past couple of weeks. Should investors be cautious about this pullback?
Meanwhile, the recovery of China tech stocks remains choppy. Alibaba for instance, saw bigger price advances and declines during the year which resulted in a muted overall performance year to date.
Similarly in Singapore, the performance of the overall S-REITs market remained underwater. Are REITs really stable and safe investments, just like what we have always been told? We will share with you some areas that are less spoken about so that investors can have a realistic understanding of income investing.
