In this episode of Leading With Joy: Conversations With C-Suite Leaders, we speak with Victor Tan, CEO & Executive Director of First REIT Management Limited, the manager of First REIT.

Our conversation covered the impact of high interest rates on S-REITs, the competitive landscape of the Healthcare industry for REITs, as well as the future direction and strategy for First REIT.

Victor also shared his vision for the company culture at First REIT and the practices he employs to create a happy work environment.
